Roller Brake for Shimano Nexxus Internal Geared Hub

This the the brake our group will be using in conjunction with the Shimano Nexxus 3 speed Internal Geared Hub. It is called a roller brake, specifically the Shimano Nexave. It sits on the axle between the hub and the frame. It's operation is based on cable pull and works similarly to a drum brake. The reason we picked the roller type brake is that it is compatible with our hub selection, it minimises clutter on the bike which maintains its purity and also dosnt deter or alienate user groups, it provides extra protection for the hub itself, the use of cables still allows us to internally route the cables through the frame.
